A 20-minute call
We talk for 20 minutes. You tell me where things stand and what's stressing you out. I tell you, plainly, whether I'm the right fit and what it'll cost. No pressure, no quote PDF.
Step 02
Cleanup, if you need it
If your books are behind, we catch them up first, month by month, until QuickBooks is reconciled and trustworthy. You see the progress as we go. We don't hide the work.
Step 03
Monthly bookkeeping
Each month I post and reconcile inside your QuickBooks Online. You stay the owner of the data. I get it accurate, on time, and quietly out of your way.
Step 04
The recap call
Then we get on a 30-minute call (or I send a short video). I walk you through the month's P&L, where cash is, what changed, and what to keep an eye on. You'll start spotting things yourself by month three.
